Question 1

What does Cartwren check?

Accepted Answer

Cartwren checks the product page URLs you save and the direct web links it can find on readable product pages. It looks for pages it cannot read and for readable content that has changed since an earlier check. It does not watch live shopping sessions or guarantee that every issue will be found.

Question 2

How often do checks run?

Accepted Answer

Checks follow your shop’s selected schedule: daily, every three days, or weekly. They are scheduled checks, not real-time monitoring. The first readable check gives Cartwren a starting point; it needs an earlier comparable snapshot before it can report a content change.

Question 3

What will I see in saved check history?

Accepted Answer

Each check keeps its date, the product page or linked URL, and the result. When Cartwren can compare readable content, it saves before-and-after page titles, short excerpts, and timestamps as evidence. If a page cannot be read or the available text is not enough to compare, the result is marked unverified rather than healthy.

Question 4

What is a fix ticket?

Accepted Answer

A fix ticket gives you one place to review a failed or changed page check. It keeps the affected URL and available check evidence together with a suggested next step. It is a work item for you or your team; Cartwren does not change your shop for you.

Question 5

What is included in a daily report?

Accepted Answer

When daily report emails are enabled, Cartwren sends a summary of that day’s saved product-page and link results. Verified failures are listed separately from changed, pending, and unverified results. Unverified means Cartwren could not confirm the result; it does not mean the page passed.

Question 6

Does Cartwren run or monitor my checkout steps?

Accepted Answer

Saved checkout steps are configuration only. Cartwren does not execute them or monitor the checkout flow. A scheduled page check may look for a saved step label in public page text; that only confirms the text appears. It does not show that a step happened, that payment works, or that a customer can complete checkout.
